position will include working cases from inception through discovery
and verdict, preparing for and assisting with arbitrations and
various hearings, handling extensive client contact and case
management (including preparing detailed case status reports),
document management, investigation, drafting of pleadings,
responding to requests for discovery, and all phases of arbitration
and trial preparation and assisting during trial.
All applicants must have a four-year degree and an ABA paralegal

Full-time experienced commercial lending/real estate paralegal. This
position requires knowledge of title insurance commitments and
surveys for commercial lending and real estate closings, review of
title exceptions, assisting with the preparation of due diligence
items, reviewing due diligence checklist and loan documents,
research of UCC filings and corporate documents, preparing loan
packages for clients, preparing loan document transcripts for all
parties, preparing recordable documents for filing, general internet
research, completing general post closing items, and overall support
to commercial lending/real estate group.
Four-year degree and an ABA approved paralegal certificate
preferred. We prefer a minimum of 3 years experience as a commercial
lending/real estate paralegal. Resumes without GPA will not be
