NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Second Regular Board Meeting of the Board of

Directors of the Alabama Association of Paralegals, Inc. for the 2007-2008 fiscal year will be

held on Friday, February 15, 2008, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Marriott 280 Hotel located

at 3590 Grandview Parkway, Birmingham, Alabama, 35243. Directions are listed below.
